You've got a cat nap stalking you
Let's start with one that's pretty obvious. There are some places where you can see Cat Nap even before meeting him, but you might have missed some of his appearances.
See him climbing into the hole at the beginning of the game, for example.
There are also numerous instances in which Cat Nap sneaks up on you.
What Did the Toy Eat Inside the Factory?
After the Hour of Joy tapes, Poppy revealed that the toys dragged humans below the factory and ate them. Because every toy is taught that human flesh is to be consumed, this makes sense.
It is also revealed later in the story that The Prototype promises food to The Smiling Critters to control them. Providing the same reward to all toys would make sense if he wanted their obedience.
Miss Delight
Miss Delight's case is an example of how toys survived in factories. The notes we collected in the school revealed that all of the teachers were locked inside during the Hour of Joy.
Having gone hungry for a long time, the group of teachers decided to kill one of them and eat him. Our Chapter 3 heroine, Miss Delight, was heartlessly selected as their victim. A desperate Miss Delight kills the teachers and feeds on their corpses to save her life.

Throughout Poppy Playtime Chapter 3, we encounter cardboard cutouts of the Smiling Critters. As soon as we press Picky Piggy's button, she begins listing what she likes to eat. At some point, she begins mentioning some very disturbing food choices.
Her voice recordings reveal that she was essentially describing some of the Smiling Critters members. Because of this, fans believe Picky Piggy ate her friends to survive.
Notice Board in the school
There is a noticeboard in one of the classrooms in the school where you can find it when you run from Miss Delight. In the attached notes, we find more detailed information about the factory before the Hour of Joy. Some of the notes revealed the following:
Before the Hour of Joy, both students and staff members began going missing.
Because the factory was not profitable, many areas and rooms were left abandoned and thus restricted to workers.
Its purpose was to teach the children how to scare each other. Because those children were turned into creepy toys that are trying to catch and kill us, this information is even creepier.
